Wandering Through Eden of Wings

— A Local Sanctuary for Pollinators, Plants, and People 🦋🌸🐝

Tucked away across several peaceful acres, Eden of Wings is one of those places that makes you breathe a little deeper the moment you arrive. This nursery, farm, and garden isn’t just about plants—it’s about connection. To nature, to wildlife, and to a shared mission of supporting Florida’s incredible biodiversity.

At the heart of Eden of Wings is a thriving pollinator garden, alive with butterflies, bees, and the gentle hum of wings in motion. The garden is planted with a diverse mix of flowering natives and other pollinator-friendly species, designed to provide year-round food and shelter for our essential pollinators. It’s more than beautiful—it’s purposeful.

Beyond the garden lies the plant nursery, a true treasure trove for any nature lover or aspiring native gardener. Rows of vibrant, healthy plants line the space, ready to go home with visitors and transform yards into habitats. Whether you’re starting from scratch or expanding your existing landscape, there’s something here to help bring more life (and wildlife) to your space.

And Eden of Wings isn’t stopping there. Plans are already in motion for some exciting new features, including a tropical butterfly conservatory and a dedicated beekeeping area. These additions promise to make the space even more educational, immersive, and inspiring for visitors of all ages.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Guy, one of the co-owners, and his assistant Scott—both of whom were incredibly welcoming and passionate about their work. Their energy is contagious, and their knowledge and love for Florida’s wild spaces run deep.

Places like Eden of Wings remind us that we don’t need to travel far to reconnect with nature. Sometimes, the most beautiful wild moments can be found right in our own communities.

If you’re in the area and craving a little peace, inspiration, or a few new native plants for your garden, I highly recommend stopping by. You just might leave with muddy boots, a tray of milkweed, and a new sense of wonder for the winged creatures we share this land with.
